Location: Tovey Little Dental Clinic, Wakefield WF1 3AZ
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, hours to be discussed at interview

Tovey Little Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our friendly and professional team on a part-time basis.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for 3 days per week initially, with the potential for the role to develop into additional hours and days in the future.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Dental Receptionist and/or Treatment Coordinator
• Confident discussing treatment plans, finance options and membership plans
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Organised, proactive and confident working in a busy dental practice
• Experience with dental software is desirable
• A friendly, professional approach and a genuine passion for patient care

Your Role

• Welcoming patients and managing appointments
• Coordinating patients throughout their treatment journey
• Discussing treatment plans, finance and membership options
• Managing patient enquiries and supporting practice growth
• Supporting clinicians and ensuring an excellent patient experience
• Assisting with practice marketing and social media where required
