Dental Receptionist\Treatment Coordinator\Dental Nurse (Full-Time)

Location: Croxteth, Liverpool, L11 4SH

Croxteth Dental Centre is looking to welcome an experienced dental professional to join our friendly and supportive team.

We are interested in hearing from Dental Receptionists, Treatment Coordinators (TCOs) and Dental Nurses who have previous experience working in one or more of these positions within a dental practice.

Whether your experience is primarily in reception, treatment coordination, dental nursing, or a combination of these areas, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full-time opportunity, with pay, hours and working days to be discussed based on your previous experience, skills and the areas you can support within the practice.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Dental Receptionist, TCO or Dental Nurse within a dental practice.
• Ideally, at least 1 year's experience in one or more of these roles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, proactive and confident working in a busy dental environment.
• Experience with dental software is an advantage.
• Experience with treatment plans, finance options, membership plans or practice marketing would be beneficial.

Your Role Could Include

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming patients and managing appointments.
• Coordinating patient treatment journeys.
• Discussing treatment plans, finance and membership options.
• Managing patient enquiries and supporting practice growth.
• Supporting clinicians and the wider dental team.
• Providing an exceptional patient experience.
• Assisting with social media and practice marketing where appropriate.
