As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our multidisciplinary offering and are seeking a Consultant Plastic Surgeon to support increasing patient demand for facial aesthetics, soft tissue procedures, and complementary surgical treatments.

The Role

This opportunity is ideal for a Consultant Plastic Surgeon looking to establish or further develop their private practice within a supportive specialist environment.

You will have the clinical freedom to assess, develop treatment plans, and manage patients independently while benefiting from an experienced support team and established referral pathways.

The role may suit surgeons with interests in:

• Facial aesthetics and rejuvenation
• Soft tissue and facial surgical procedures
• Blepharoplasty and peri-oral aesthetics
• Scar revision and minor surgical procedures
• Regenerative and minimally invasive treatments
• Collaborative multidisciplinary patient care

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments.
• Develop tailored treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices
• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based surgical and aesthetic treatments
• Maintain exceptional standards of clinical documentation and patient communication
• Work collaboratively with Specialists, Hygienists, and the wider clinical team
• Contribute to an outstanding patient experience from consultation through to aftercare
• Ensure compliance with GMC standards, consent protocols, and clinical governance requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds GMC Specialist Registration in Plastic Surgery or equivalent
• Has experience working within private practice or aesthetic settings
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is professional, patient-focused, and clinically meticulous
• Has a strong interest in natural aesthetic outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Values ethical treatment planning and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Is confident in building long-term patient relationships
