Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are now seeking a dynamic Business Cluster Manager/Practice Manager to help lead the business and operational performance of our practices and support our continued development as a leading dental provider within the local community.

Our modern practices offer a full spectrum of services, including aligners, complex implant treatments, endodontics, restorative dentistry, and essential NHS services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their leadership and business management career within a progressive dental environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Inspire

• Manage and support a dedicated team of Dental Care Professionals.

• Oversee key operational areas including HR, accounts, RQIA compliance, and NHS reporting.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the practice while maintaining high professional standards.

Drive Growth

• Use your commercial awareness to support clinician productivity and increase overall practice performance.

• Develop and implement marketing and patient growth initiatives.

• Support training and development across the team to maximise service delivery.

Community Engagement

• Enhance the practice’s presence within the local community.

• Manage and improve the practice’s online reputation, Google Reviews, and social media presence.

Enhance Patient Experience

• Continuously improve the patient journey and practice environment.

• Implement initiatives that ensure every patient visit is professional, welcoming, and efficient.

What We Offer
