Experienced Dental Receptionist (Full-Time)
New Bank Dental Practice in Blackburn is looking for a Full-Time Dental Receptionist with proven dental reception experience to join our busy front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already understands the pace and demands of a dental practice and wants to become a valued, long-term member of our team.
New Bank Dental Practice is part of a well-established network of over 100 dental surgeries across 35 practices in the North West.
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality patient care in a welcoming and professional environment, and our team is built on strong teamwork, communication, and patient-focused service.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and every patient receives a positive experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing patient bookings, diaries, and records
• Handling patient enquiries in person and over the phone
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting clinicians and the wider dental team with administrative tasks
• Maintaining a professional, organised reception area
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations in a busy practice
✔ Previous Dental Receptionist experience (ESSENTIAL)
✔ Confident using dental practice systems and managing appointment diaries
✔ Excellent communication and patient care skills
✔ Ability to stay organised and calm in a busy environment
✔ Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player
