Are you an experienced receptionist looking to take the next step in your career with a friendly and supportive dental practice? We’re seeking a Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our busy front-desk team at New Bank Dental Practice, Blackburn. New Bank Dental Practice is part of a well-established network of over 100 dental surgeries across 35 practices in the North West. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality patient care in a relaxed, supportive setting.
You’ll be joining a dedicated team that values teamwork, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.
Working full-time, you’ll be the friendly face patients see when they arrive and the reassuring voice they hear on the phone.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing patient bookings, records, and payments
Providing a warm welcome and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed
Supporting clinicians and the wider dental team with administrative tasks
Maintaining a tidy, organised reception area and ensuring smooth daily operations
Dental experience preferred: experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Nurse is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal skills: calm, confident, and patient-focused
Organised and efficient: able to handle a busy front desk with professionalism
Reliable and friendly: a great communicator and genuine team player
