Located in the heart of Dublin 13, The Grange Dental Clinic is a modern, 3-surgery practice offering a mix of PRSI and private treatments. We’re proud of our warm, friendly team of clinicians, nurses, and support staff who work together to provide outstanding care in a calm and comfortable setting.
Our clinic is fully digital and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and our glowing patient reviews reflect the genuine care and connection we build with everyone who walks through our doors.
We’re looking for a dedicated Dental Nurse and Receptionist to join our team full-time on a 12-month maternity cover contract, starting approximately November/December.
While this position is initially for maternity cover, there is a strong possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. If you’re seeking a long-term opportunity, we’d love to discuss that with you.
As a Dental Nurse:
Provide high-quality chairside assistance to clinicians during dental procedures
Ensure patients feel comfortable, cared for, and in safe hands at every visit
Maintain a clean, sterile, and well-organised clinical environment
Anticipate the needs of both the dentist and hygienist to keep things running smoothly
Support patients with oral hygiene education and post-treatment care
As a Dental Receptionist:
Be the friendly first point of contact for all patients, in person, over the phone, and via email
Manage appointments, schedules, and patient communications efficiently
Process payments, treatment plans, and insurance claims with accuracy and professionalism
Keep the front desk organised and ensure a smooth flow of patients throughout the day
Coordinate between clinical and administrative teams to maintain excellent patient service
You’re someone who:
Holds relevant dental nursing qualifications (IDC registration preferred but not essential)
Has experience in dental nursing and/or dental reception.
Is warm, professional, and passionate about excellent patient care
Is confident with computers and dental software systems
Has excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills
Enjoys being part of a supportive team
Can adapt easily in a busy, fast-paced environment
