O’Farrell Staunton Dental Centre is looking for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our friendly and professional team on a zero-hours basis, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent position as the role develops.

Hours and working days will be discussed at the interview, depending on practice needs and your availability. A typical surgery week runs Monday to Saturday between 8:00am and 7:00pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in dentistry or an experienced trainee dental nurse working towards qualification who is looking for a supportive practice where they can gain experience and grow professionally.

• Implants, Orthodontics, Oral surgery, Lead nurse responsibilities, such as Decontamination Lead or Stock Coordinator

Role Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support to dentists during a range of dental procedures

• Prepare and maintain dental surgeries and equipment

• Maintain high standards of infection control and decontamination

• Ensure accurate and compliant patient records are maintained

• Support stock management and general practice organisation

• Help maintain a calm, efficient, and patient-focused clinical environment

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently training as a Dental Nurse or looking to begin their career in dental nursing

• Is reliable, professional, and patient-focused

• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team

• Is organised, adaptable, and motivated to learn
