Position: Locum Dentist
Location: Astley Dental Practice, Manchester, M29 7DY
Days Required: Monday, Thursday, and Friday
Rate: £450+ daily rate depending upon experience
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Locum Dentist to join our well-established practice in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with flexible hours and a competitive pay rate.
Astley Dental Practice is a well-established, mixed NHS and private practice providing high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base. We take pride in offering a welcoming and professional atmosphere, ensuring the best possible experience for both patients and staff.
Flexible Hours: Work on Monday, Thursday, and Friday with tailored surgery times to suit availability.
Competitive Pay: £450+ daily rate depending upon experience.
Modern Facilities: Our practice is equipped with digital radiography, SOE computer systems, and spacious treatment rooms.
UDA Targets: 26-30 UDAs per day.
Immediate Start Available: Begin working with us as soon as possible.
Supportive Team: Work alongside experienced dental nurses, therapists, and a dedicated practice manager who prioritises collaboration and professional growth.
On-Site Parking: Convenient car parking is available for dentists.
GDC Registration: You must be registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) to practice as a dentist in the UK.
Right to Work in the UK: Applicants must have UK citizenship or the appropriate visa if applying from outside the UK or EEA.
Enhanced DBS Check: A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
Indemnity Insurance: Valid professional indemnity insurance is essential.
Clinical Experience: Experience in general dentistry within NHS or private practices is an advantage.
Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with patients and collaborate with the dental team.
