About Our Practice

New Bank Dental Practice is part of a well-established network of over 100 dental surgeries across 35 practices in the North West. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality patient care in a relaxed, supportive setting.

The Role

Working full-time, you’ll be the friendly face patients see when they arrive and the reassuring voice they hear on the phone.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing patient bookings, records, and payments

• Providing a warm welcome and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed

• Supporting clinicians and the wider dental team with administrative tasks

• Maintaining a tidy, organised reception area and ensuring smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Dental experience preferred: experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Nurse is advantageous.

• Excellent interpersonal skills: calm, confident, and patient-focused

• Organised and efficient: able to handle a busy front desk with professionalism

• Reliable and friendly: a great communicator and genuine team player
