The Role, What You’ll Be Responsible For
As Head Dental Receptionist, you will oversee front-of-house operations across all three sites, ensuring:
Smooth, efficient, and professional reception performance
Exceptional patient journeys from first contact to follow-up
Strong financial controls and accurate reporting
Achievement of KPIs and commercial targets
Effective rota management and team supervision
Training, mentoring, and developing reception teams
You will also play a key role in promoting:
Treatment plans
Private upgrades
Whitening and cosmetic options
Finance options where appropriate
Your confidence in discussing treatment options will directly support practice growth.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone ambitious, organised, and ready to lead.
Essential:
Dental reception, TCO, or dental practice administration experience
Experience supervising or leading a team
Strong understanding of KPIs and financial targets
Confident discussing treatment plans and private options
Excellent organisational skills
Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Commercially aware
