Chester dental practice is looking for a reliable and conscientious Cleaner to join our friendly dental team on a part-time basis. This role is essential in helping us maintain the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene expected within a dental practice.
This position would suit someone with previous cleaning experience who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare environment.

Chester Dental Practice is a well-established, patient-focused dental practice providing high-quality care in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. We are proud of our friendly team and our commitment to maintaining excellent infection control and hygiene standards.
The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the practice are cleaned to a high standard in line with healthcare and infection control requirements.
Key duties include:
Cleaning and sanitising surgeries, decontamination areas, and clinical rooms
Cleaning reception, waiting areas, toilets, and staff areas
Emptying waste and managing clinical and non-clinical waste appropriately
Following infection control, health & safety, and COSHH guidelines
Replenish cleaning supplies and report any issues or maintenance concerns
Cleaning hours are flexible and can be discussed, with work typically carried out outside of patient hours.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Previous cleaning experience (healthcare or dental setting, desirable but not essential)
close attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules
Desirable:
Experience cleaning in a dental, medical, or healthcare environment
Knowledge of infection control or COSHH procedures
What We Offer
Competitive hourly rate of £12.72 - pro-rata
